10-Year Major Inspections

Required by law for all EWPs and telehandlers over 10 years from commissioning. Stay compliant.

Is your machine 10+ years old? You may legally require a major inspection before continued use. Operating a non-compliant machine can result in significant fines and liability.

Why a Major Inspection?

Australian Standards AS2550.10 (Elevating Work Platforms) and AS2550.19 (Telescopic Handlers) require that machinery over 10 years from its original commissioning date undergo a comprehensive major inspection before continued operation.

This is not optional. Operating EWPs or telehandlers beyond their 10-year milestone without a compliant major inspection exposes your business to serious liability, and risks the safety of your operators.

Our inspection team is experienced in performing these assessments and providing the documentation required to demonstrate compliance to WorkSafe, your principal contractors, and insurers.
